New Site Purchased Welwyn Garden City

Herts Living is pleased to have purchased the site of a former care home, Hyde Valley House, for development of 13 new homes in Welwyn Garden City. With outline planning permission in place, the scheme will deliver 2 to 3 bed terraces and semi-detached homes together with a pair of maisonettes.  Herts Living build homes which are thoughtfully designed, sustainably built and expertly finished and HLL are excited to be producing another development of high quality homes for living in Hertfordshire.
