Managing Director Appointment

Herts Living Limited (“HLL”), the Hertfordshire-focussed residential property developer, is delighted to announce the arrival of the company’s new Managing Director, John Reid.  John joins HLL from Meridian Water where he led the team currently delivering a major, residential-led, regeneration project in Enfield.

HLL, which is owned by Hertfordshire County Council, is currently active in acquiring sites and building high quality sustainable homes throughout Hertfordshire and also takes the lead in the Chalkdene property development partnership between Hertfordshire County Council and Morgan Sindall.

HLL’s non-executive Chair Bill Heaney commented: “Having achieved its start-up targets, Herts Living is now looking to grow the volume of its housebuilding activities throughout the county, whilst maintaining the quality of the homes we produce.  John Reid brings a wide range of skills and experience which underpins our ambitions.”
