Completions at Woodberry Gardens, Welwyn Garden City

Herts Livingโ€™s Woodberry Gardens development in Welwyn Garden City completed January 2023 with homeowners moving in over the coming weeks.

Herts Living purchased the site from Hertfordshire County Council and contracted with MP Build to deliver much needed homes finished in the traditional Welwyn Garden City style.

Woodberry Gardens consists of 2 one bedroom maisonettes which were designed and built for Adult Care Services and 11 two and three bedroom houses which were all sold to private purchasers. All the homes were sold off plan, such was the demand in Welwyn Garden City for our quality new homes.
