New family homes are set to be built in Welwyn Garden City as part of a long-term programme to deliver much-needed housing across Hertfordshire.
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has approved plans from Chalkdene Developments LLP for 21 homes on land at Waterbeach, Bericot Way.ย The scheme will consist of two, three and four-bedroom properties, six of which will be affordable family homes.
